Subscription to heidi covers access to the system, including new data releases and system developments, for the period of one year starting from 1 August to 31 July. If invoices are not settled in full within the period defined in HESA’s normal credit terms, HESA reserves the right to withdraw access to heidi for that organisation.

For subscription to heidi, your organisation shall be assessed in terms of eligibility to access the service. The subscription costs for approved organisations are currently £1,325 per year.  Subscriptions to heidi are subject to VAT at the prevailing standard rate.
