Subscription to heidi covers access to the system, including new data releases and system developments, for the year 1 August to 31 July.

If invoices are not settled in full within the period defined in HESA’s normal credit terms, HESA reserves the right to withdraw access to heidi for that organisation.

Subscription costs are calculated on student numbers, which are split into 8 bands. The heidi subscription bands are as follows:

Subscriptions to heidi are subject to VAT at the prevailing standard rate.
